Luxe Hamper Emporium offers a next day delivery service across Canberra and Queanbeyan or a pre-selected delivery date. The cost of metro Canberra and Queanbeyan delivery is $15.00. Rural deliveries will incur an additional fee. This is subject to change and will be updated on our website as the changes occur. Our delivery times are AM or PM.  Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. If you require a specific delivery time please pre-arrange in advance.  Deliveries going to a locked apartment building will need the recipient's mobile number to arrange a delivery time frame with them as we are unable to enter a secure building as such and there is no safe place to leave the items. If the recipient is not home the delivery will be taken back and the customer will need to arrange a pick up time or a redelivery fee will be applied. Please ensure the recipient knows they are getting a delivery that day and will be available on the day to receive delivery. If you have ticked the “please leave delivery unattended” box we will leave the delivery at the front door and a photo of proof of delivery will be taken.

By saying YES you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and our delivery company permission to leave your order unattended by the front door or as per your instructions. We and our couriers will be released of all responsibility and liability for the orders once we leave the goods unattended. A photo will be taken for proof of delivery.
